Originally from Tasmania, Alicia made the move interstate over a year ago, bringing with her a warm, welcoming presence and a strong background in reception and client-facing roles since 2022. With a natural love for conversation and connection, she thrives on creating positive, comfortable experiences for everyone she meets.

Alicia is currently studying a Certificate in Education and is excited to begin her Bachelor of Primary Education this year, reflecting her passion for learning, people, and supporting others in meaningful ways. Known for her friendly, easy-to-talk-to personality, she enjoys building genuine relationships and ensuring those around her feel supported and at ease.

Outside of Sage medical, Alicia loves staying active whether it’s running, hitting the gym, Pilates, or long walks. She’s equally happy socialising with friends, enjoying a great dinner out, or cheering on North Melbourne on the weekends (go Roos!).

For Alicia, life is about balance staying active, staying connected, and showing up with warmth, energy, and heart. Her caring nature and genuine empathy shine through in every interaction, and she takes pride in ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and well cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
